 How to survive No Not November



1-sleep well , beacuase when you don't sleep enough the urges will start to arise a lot and although your brain is already tired and didn't rested enough so your chances of relapsing are a lot higher (from my personal experience)

2-don't eat foods that are high in suger and saturated fats , this also increases the urges

3-meditate , to control your mind and thoughts when urges hit you

4-exercise, run or walk , to transmute that energy into something better also to release endorphins (the happiness feeling) to help you with nofap depression

5-when big urges arise go to mirror and talk to yourself and motivate yourself

6-take cold showers

7-do not stay alone and try as much as possible to be around your family or go outside with some friends or just take a walk

8-pray and read bible or whatever your religious is

9-delete all the social media's and try to stay away from your phone as much as possible

10-remeber the consequences and the feeling of guild after relapsing when urges hit you

11-listen to music

12-last but not least and the most important one for me personally , try to watch some YouTube motivational videos when you are really down and want to relapse
